Believe it or not, this is a diet cup cake!

I am here to tell you that diet food doesn't suck. Craft a perfect fitness regime here on Yay! Fitness. For starters, I am beginning with a dessert.

Recipe 

For whom?  People bored to death on Keto and dying to devour something really yummy. 


Preparation Time- 30 minutes 


Why should you cook it? - because fitness doesn't mean that you lose the right to indulge in scrumptious food.


Ingredients: 100 gm cream cheese


                     100 gm fresh cream


                    2 tbsp Instant Coffee


                    Stevia Powder 20 gm

                
                    Almond/Peanut flour 150 gm

                    4 eggs (whites whipped, yolks beaten)


                    Baking Powder 1 tea spoon

                    Milk- 1/2 cup (cold or at room temperature)



Recipe:     For the cup cakes:


                 Mix 150 gm peanut/almond flour with 4 whisked egg yolks,

                 baking powder, 10 gms stevia, and  milk.

                Whisk the above ingredients.


                Add the creamy whipped eggs to it and fold it 

               until the mixture becomes one color.

                Preheat your microwave to 180 and bake the cup cakes 

               at 180 for 15 minutes or until a                        
               knife penetrates clean.


               For the cup cake frosting:


               Take very cold fresh cream (any brand like Amul or Milky Mist) 

               and whip it until soft 
              and creamy.

              Mix cream cheese and

              the whipped cream,
             add instant coffee and the
             remaining 10 gms stevia.

            Pipe the above and

            curl it up on the freshly 
           made cup cakes.

          Enjoy one cup cake/day!
