"Delicious Tandoori Raan perfect for keto & low carb!"

When heart says, I want  something yummy and minds says, can you please focus? This recipe is going to balance your heart and mind perfectly.


Here it is:


Ingredients: Chicken Raan Piece 

                    2 tbsp thick yogurt 

                    Kashmiri lal - recommend this  - https://amzn.to/313oiwY
                    Tandoori Masala -recommend this- https://amzn.to/2GE0jN1


                    1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

                    1 lemon juice 

                   4 tsbp olive oil/butter

                    Salt 

Prep: Marinate the raan for an hour

         Pan fry 15 min each side on low flame or bake to 180 degrees for 35 minutes 


Those on Keto- have it with no sugar mayonaisse/yogurt chutney 

Yogurt chutney recipe- (grind 2 green chilies, 1 cup mint, 5 garlic buds, salt with 100 gm curd)

Those on Low Carb- have it with yogurt mint chutney with one small onion
